(Btwthis is a boring fact"adagio sostenuto" is from a Beethoven sonata, which I say in deference to your flute shots & music program-covers and in deference to your mom who I presume is a musician. Not that that makes your night, but hell...when you're running 102 fahrenheit, you'll say anything...thanks again, Y.)
As for your name, it is a neat reference now that I know where it comes from, and yeah, Mom plays oboe in the Portland Symphony Orchestra and also teaches oboe in a couple of music schools. Dad sits at home in front of his computer, eating Mini Wheats out of the bag.
Cheers, thanks, and get well!
And the Portland SO! Impressive. You have good genes. I'll be back when I'm more well (gotta lotta catching up to do in your 2 galleries). And btw, I saw the first image, "sea buildings"—you're gonna kill me, but, yeah it was a first effort and yeah it was kitschy, but (save me!) it showed a real imagination. I mean that even though I just dropped 40 degrees in your estimation. An undeveloped imagination, yes, but imagination. If I saw it the day you posted it, I'd think: She's got promise. Ok, I'll go. Be back later this week...
